The Sport of Full Contact Jousting is making a comeback….
Leaving their families and fear behind, the knights stand to be tested both emotionally and physically. The impact of battle brings broken bones, concussions and even collapsed lungs on a treacherous trail to glory. Enter the dangerous world of full-contact, heavy armor competitive jousting when the new six-part series Knights of Mayhem premieres Tuesday, November 15, at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on the National Geographic Channel (NGC), followed by an additional premiere episode airing at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. Led by reigning world champion Charlie Andrews, founder of the Ultimate Jousting Championship organization (UJC), Knights heads into battle with these hard-core warriors as they compete across the United States. Charlie and his troupe are on a quest to launch the sport into the professional arena.
Heaven’s Corner Zoo is an Educational Zoo & Exotic Animal Rescue and Sanctuary located in Preble County, Ohio. They have been serving the community and our animal friends since 1990.
